Hey, I’m René. I build small web tools that save you time. FavicoLab ’s Favicon Maker grew from a simple problem: making all the correct icons for a site shouldn’t take an afternoon of trial and error.
This favicon generator is free, fast and privacy-friendly — no signup, no tracking pixels. Your images are processed just long enough to create the ZIP, then cleaned up automatically.
It’s designed for front-end developers, designers and site owners who want the right favicon setup without diving into browser documentation. Upload once, download a clean pack, paste the snippet, done.

Technical limits at a glance
- Max upload ~8 MB; safety caps around 5000 px per side (~20 MP).
- SVG → PNG rasterization requires Imagick; otherwise use a large transparent PNG.
- Files are temporary on the server — kept only long enough to build your ZIP.
